What Data We Collect and Why

  • Contact and Quote Request Forms (Contact Us, Become a Reseller, product pages, and Promotions pages): name, surname, email, phone, city, ZIP code, and any message, to respond to the request and connect the user with the nearest reseller or sales representative.
  • Newsletter Subscription: name, surname, and email, for sending commercial and informational communications about ADARTE products, promotions, and events, subject to the user’s explicit consent.
  • Website Navigation: technical data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of data collected through contact and quote request forms is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Newsletter subscription is based on the user’s explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be revoked at any time. Data Processing Methods and Retention
